Use @Griptape from it's App Home Page
Before introducing @Griptape to the wider team or specific channels, familiarize yourself with its capabilities:
Navigate to the Slackbot Home Page: In Slack, find @Griptape in your apps list and click on it to go to its home page.
Send Messages and Try Commands: Use the Messages tab to start experimenting with it. Here are some example questions and their respective answers.
@Griptape remembers the context of a threaded conversation, so you can ask follow up questions.
Searching the Knowledge Base
While you can easily ask @Griptape a question from the Knowledge Base, sometimes you may want to just perform a natural language search. This is possible using the /griptape search command from any channel or the messages tab.
